Agent CRM (agent-crm.com) is a CRM and marketing system for insurance agents. This page compares it with AgencyView using only what each company publishes, checked on November 3, 2026, including the places where Agent CRM is the better fit.
Pricing and the free trial
Agent CRM's plans page lists Starter at $97 per month and Upgrade at $297 per month, each "plus applicable carrier fees," with a 14-day free trial; the trial takes a card up front ("You'll be charged $97 using the credit card you enter in"). Upgrade adds help running Facebook and Google ads. AgencyView is $159 per month for Starter (1 agent and 2 customer service seats) and $299 per month for Professional (4 agents and 2 customer service seats), with a 14-day free trial that needs no credit card. Agent CRM is the lower entry price.
Commission tracking
Agent CRM's own help article says it "doesn't currently offer a dedicated commissions tracking feature" and suggests opportunity values, tags and reports for "manual commission calculations." AgencyView mirrors every paid commission from its ComTrack partnership, matches it to the client, and alerts you when a payment stops, never starts or comes back as a chargeback.
ACA and Medicare quoting
Agent CRM connects to HealthSherpa Medicare: contacts sync to HealthSherpa Medicare, and each contact gets a Medicare quoting session link. An ACA Marketplace integration is not on its pages. AgencyView runs ACA Marketplace quotes through HealthSherpa inside the client record, where selecting a plan creates a pending policy, and Medicare quoting and enrollment run in HealthSherpa for Medicare, connected to the CRM.
Calling, texting and AI
Agent CRM includes a power dialer, with a three-line dialer "for call centers who need more," and AgentAI, which its homepage says is "pre-trained to qualify leads, answer FAQs, and follow up automatically." AgencyView connects the RingCentral account your agency already has and adds transcription (1,000 minutes per seat per month included) and AI coaching on recorded calls. Call recording and transcription are not on Agent CRM's homepage or plans page.
HIPAA
Both sign a BAA. Agent CRM says HIPAA compliance is included in every plan, with a BAA form at agent-crm.com/baa, AES-256 encryption, role-based access and audit logs. AgencyView signs a BAA with every agency, requires authenticator-app MFA for admins, signs idle sessions out after 60 minutes, and adds a HIPAA Compliance Center for BAAs, training records and audit reports.
Which one fits
- Agent CRM may fit better — if your priority is the lowest monthly price, AI that answers and follows up with leads by text, email and social, a power dialer, or done-with-you help running Facebook and Google ads.
- AgencyView may fit better — if you need commissions matched to clients with missing-payment and chargeback alerts, ACA Marketplace quoting inside the CRM, call transcription and AI coaching, or a CFO Center for revenue, retention and book value.
