AgencyBloc is an established agency management system for health, benefits and senior-market agencies. This page compares it with AgencyView using only what each company publishes, checked on September 19, 2026, including the places where AgencyBloc is the better fit.
Pricing you can see before a demo
AgencyView publishes its prices: Starter at $159 per month and Professional at $299 per month, with a 14-day free trial that needs no credit card. AgencyBloc's pricing page lists three AMS+ tiers (Grow, Accelerate and Elevate) and asks you to "Request Customized Pricing Info"; its Commissions+ and Quote+ products are priced "based on volume".
ACA quoting through HealthSherpa
AgencyView runs live ACA Marketplace quotes through HealthSherpa from the client record today, and plan selection creates a pending policy. AgencyBloc announced a HealthSherpa for Medicare integration on August 4, 2026, and says it "plans to expand the integration to support Individual ACA workflows in the future." Both connect to HealthSherpa for Medicare.
Commissions
AgencyBloc's Commissions+ reads uploaded statements with "7,500+ carrier maps" and produces agent statements with "splits, overrides, hierarchies, and producer payout structures." If your agency needs to generate downline payout statements, that is a real strength, and AgencyView does not calculate split or override payouts today.
AgencyView focuses on the money owed to you: commissions from its ComTrack partnership are matched to each client, with alerts when a payment stops, never starts or comes back as a chargeback, and the CFO Center reports retention, receivables and chargeback exposure.
Calling and texting
AgencyBloc lists integrated VoIP, call recording and storage, and call queues in its top tier, Elevate, on its pricing page. AgencyView connects the RingCentral account your agency already has, on every plan, and adds transcription (1,000 minutes per seat per month included), AI call coaching and a live Call Wall.
Security and compliance
AgencyBloc's data and security page states HIPAA compliance, HITRUST R2 certification and SOC 2 Type II certification. AgencyView does not hold HITRUST or SOC 2 certification. It provides MFA, role-based access, audit logs, session timeouts, a HIPAA Compliance Center, and a BAA with every agency.
Which one fits
- AgencyBloc may fit better — if you need HITRUST or SOC 2 reports for your own clients, agency-generated downline payout statements, or group benefits quoting.
- AgencyView may fit better — if you want published pricing, ACA Marketplace quoting inside the CRM today, your existing RingCentral line on every plan, and alerts for commissions that never arrived.
