AgencyView Launches ACA Marketplace Book of Business, a Report That Shows Which Marketplace Clients an Agency Still Holds, Who Moved to Another Agent and When, and Who Needs Attention
Built from the HealthSherpa export agencies already upload, it lists active clients, moves to other agents with the date each AOR change took effect, terminations, $0 APTC records, payments at risk and records that need review, each linked to the client in the CRM and ready to download as an Excel workbook.
SHERIDAN, WYO. — September 26, 2026 — AgencyView, the all-in-one agency management and commission tracking platform for insurance agencies, today launched ACA Marketplace Book of Business, a premade report that turns an agency’s HealthSherpa export into the lists the agency works from: clients still active under its own agents, clients whose current agent of record is someone else and when that change took effect, terminations and cancellations, $0 APTC records, clients at risk of losing coverage over a payment, and records that need a second look. The report is live now in AgencyView, in the sidebar as ACA Book of Business and under Premade Reports in Analytics.
The report on a fictional sample book: the clients, agents and figures are invented.
“A Marketplace book changes every week, and most of that change happens outside the agency: another agent enrolls a client, a premium goes unpaid, a tax credit disappears. We built this so an agency can see all of it from the export it already has, and start calling the right clients the same day.”
— AgencyView, in a company statement
What the report shows
- Current clients: every effectuated application whose agent of record is one of the agency’s own agents, with carrier, plan, premium, tax credit, what the client pays, renewal and payment status.
- Moved to another agent: every client whose current agent of record is someone else, the new agent, and the date the AOR change took effect.
- Terminated and canceled: each one marked client-requested, nonpayment, carrier or Marketplace action, or no reason given, and counted by month.
- $0 APTC to verify: active and pending clients showing no tax credit today.
- Payment required: clients who pay part of their premium, with any past-due balance, grace period or first payment still pending marked as a termination risk.
- Needs review: missing cancellation dates, unknown statuses, pending effectuation, past-due balances, $0 APTC, possible duplicate records, and active clients paying $500 a month or more.

When a client moved, and to whom
HealthSherpa’s export names each application’s current agent of record but carries no date for an AOR change. When another agent enrolls a client, HealthSherpa’s Marketplace sync shows the new agent’s policy in place of the agency’s own, and that policy’s effective date is when the change took effect. The report uses that date wherever the export shows a later policy, and marks the rest “not in the export” rather than guessing. Moves and terminations are also counted month by month.

Clients at risk, before coverage lapses
The Payment required list can be sorted to put past-due balances and grace periods first, then first payments still pending, so a CSR can work the calls in order. A client whose tax credit reads $0 is listed for verification; because the export is a snapshot, the report never claims a credit was lost.
Payments at risk, sorted by risk of termination.
Linked, sortable and ready for Excel
Each client links to their contact in the agency’s CRM and to their HealthSherpa record. Every column in every list sorts, and the whole report downloads as an Excel workbook with an overview sheet and one sheet per list, each with sort and filter buttons. The Social Security numbers, dates of birth and addresses in the export are never read into the report or the workbook.
Every list sorts by any column and downloads to Excel.
