Open the quote dialog on any contact, or pop the quote out into its own window, and AgencyView returns live Marketplace plans through your own HealthSherpa connection using the household already on file.
Choosing a plan writes the paperwork for you
- Pending policy — Selecting a plan creates a pending policy on the client with a temporary policy number.
- Follow-up task — A task is scheduled five days after the effective date to confirm the real policy number.
- Enrollment — On-exchange applications open in HealthSherpa to finish. Off-exchange applications can be started as a draft enrollment through HealthSherpa.
Policy status that updates itself
A sweep checks ACA policy status with HealthSherpa twice a day, and agents can refresh on demand. Policy status queues sort the whole book by status, so pending policies do not get lost.
Households, renewals and the turning-26 list
Each record keeps the full household, medications, doctors and conditions. Smart lists show clients turning 26, who are about to age off a parent's plan, and intake forms in English or Spanish can be sent by email or text and write their answers straight into the CRM.
