Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, and you do not need a credit card to start.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is one team member’s login. Starter includes 1 agent seat and 2 customer service seats. Professional includes 4 agent seats and 2 customer service seats, and each extra agent seat is $19.99 a month.
How much does annual billing save?
Annual billing is 10 times the monthly price, so two months are free: $1,590 a year for Starter and $2,990 a year for Professional.
Can we import everything from AgencyBloc?
Clients and policies come over from an AgencyBloc spreadsheet export. Upload it yourself, or have our team run the import for you. Documents and email history stay in AgencyBloc for now, so keep that login until you have pulled what you need.
Do I keep my RingCentral number and texting line?
Yes. AgencyView connects to the RingCentral account you already have, on every plan, so your published number and your texting line stay exactly where they are. Nothing gets ported.
