AgencyView Partners With ComTrack to Deliver Integrated Commission Processing for Insurance Agents and Agencies
Commission statements from more than 300 life and health carriers now flow into AgencyView through ComTrack, with commission tracking included in the platform price for independent agents and agencies.
SHERIDAN, WYO. — September 7, 2026 — AgencyView, the all-in-one agency management and commission tracking platform for insurance agencies, today announced a partnership with ComTrack, the commission tracking and agent payroll platform for life and health insurance agencies, to deliver integrated commission processing inside AgencyView. Rather than building and maintaining its own carrier statement infrastructure, AgencyView now runs on ComTrack’s, which already connects to more than 300 life and health carriers and is used by more than 500 agencies.
AgencyView and ComTrack. Commission statements are processed by ComTrack and read inside AgencyView.
Commission statements are the only record of what an agent actually earned, and every carrier issues them differently: different formats, different schedules, different member and policy identifiers. Parsing them well is a product in its own right. ComTrack has built that product, with automated statement retrieval from carrier portals, an email address that accepts forwarded statements, a Zapier connection, drag-and-drop upload, and detection of the renewals that quietly stop paying without triggering a chargeback. AgencyView chose to build on that foundation instead of duplicating it.
“Every agency management platform eventually has to decide whether to parse carrier statements itself or stand on a platform that already does it well. ComTrack already had the carrier coverage, the parsing, and the reconciliation an agency needs, so we built the integration instead of the parser. Our agents get a better commission product, sooner, and we keep one subscription instead of asking them to carry two.”
— AgencyView, in a company statement
What the integration does
- Nightly statement sync. Every commission row ComTrack has processed for an agent is mirrored into AgencyView overnight and matched to the agent’s CRM clients and policies, first by policy number or carrier member id, then by name.
- Commission history on every client record. The client page shows what each carrier has actually paid on that person, grouped by the policies the agency holds for them, with chargebacks shown as negative amounts rather than hidden.
- Monthly earnings on the commissions dashboard. Paid commission by payment period for the agent’s whole book, net of chargebacks, with the latest month against the prior one, the trailing twelve months, and year to date, drawn from ComTrack’s own aggregate rather than a rebuilt report.
- Alerts for money that is quietly leaving. AgencyView raises an alert when a policy that was paying lapses off the statements, when an effectuated policy has never been paid on, when a carrier keeps paying on a policy the CRM shows as inactive, and when a chargeback lands.
- Ghost clients. People ComTrack is paying the agent on who have no record in the CRM are surfaced in a queue, with the policy pre-filled from the statement, so the agent can create or link the client rather than lose track of them.
- The CFO Center. AgencyView’s finance module reads the same synced statements for revenue at risk, receivables, carrier concentration, persistency cohorts, month close, and book valuation.
- Single sign-on. An agent opens their full ComTrack workspace from AgencyView with their AgencyView identity, for the reconciliation, payroll, and reporting views that live there.

Pricing: one platform, one subscription
Commission tracking through ComTrack is included in the AgencyView platform price for independent agents and for agencies. There is no price increase for those plans. Agencies that pay commissions out to their own licensed-only (LOA) agents or to independent agents beneath them, and therefore need ComTrack’s comp plans, agent and override payroll, and agent portals, use ComTrack’s Pro tier, which carries an additional charge. AgencyView’s stated goal is integrated pricing: one platform and one subscription for the agent or agency, rather than a CRM subscription, a commission subscription, and a compliance subscription bought separately and stitched together.
How the integration is built
The connection runs on ComTrack’s published API. Each agent connects their own ComTrack account to AgencyView with an API key that is stored server-side and never returned to the browser; an agency that holds an agency-tier ComTrack account sees its agency, and an agent sees only their own book. Statement rows are mirrored nightly by a scheduled sync, matched to CRM policies by carrier policy number or member id, and re-matched when the CRM changes. Money is handled in integer cents throughout. AgencyView keeps ComTrack’s own aggregates for dashboard totals and does not rebuild ComTrack’s reporting; the full reconciliation, payroll, and reporting workspace remains in ComTrack, one click away.
