Downline management for agencies, FMOs and IMOs
An agency is a hierarchy: owners, sub-agencies, producers, CSRs and loan-of-authority agents, each seeing the right part of the book. AgencyView models that structure, lets you recruit into it with join codes, and gives uplines a view of their downline's clients.
Your hierarchy, on one page
The agency page shows sub-agencies and producers under you, their join codes and their seat status. Moving an agent or removing one updates the hierarchy automatically.
Recruit with join codes
Each agency gets separate join codes for captive and independent agents. An agent who signs up with your code lands in the right place in your hierarchy, and a licensed-agent check using their National Producer Number is built into signup.
CSR and LOA seats that share the agency book
Customer service reps and LOA agents are added from the team panel and work inside the agency's own CRM, not a separate account, so they see the same clients and the owner keeps control of the book. CSR seats are included with every plan.
See your downline's clients
Uplines can view the contacts of the agents beneath them, so a manager can see pipeline and service needs without asking for a spreadsheet.
Commission reporting across the agency
Commission data from the ComTrack partnership feeds missing-payment and chargeback alerts and the CFO Center, which reports retention, receivables, carrier concentration and chargeback exposure. Override and split payouts to downline agents are not calculated in AgencyView today.

Questions agents ask
Can AgencyView manage an agency hierarchy?
Yes. AgencyView models agency owners, sub-agencies and producers, recruits agents into the hierarchy with captive and independent join codes, and lets uplines see their downline's contacts.
Does AgencyView pay overrides to downline agents?
Not today. AgencyView tracks paid commissions through ComTrack and reports on them, but it does not calculate or pay override and split payouts to downline agents.
Can CSRs and LOA agents use AgencyView?
Yes. CSR and LOA seats are added from the team panel and work inside the agency's own CRM. Every plan includes 2 CSR seats.
