Who is still on your ACA book, who moved, and when: meet ACA Marketplace Book of Business
Upload your HealthSherpa export and see every active client, every client who moved to another agent and when the change took effect, terminations, $0 APTC records, payments at risk and what needs review.
Your HealthSherpa export already knows a lot about your Marketplace book. It knows which clients are effectuated, which ones another agent enrolled, whose premium is past due and whose tax credit reads $0. What it doesn't do is sort any of that into a list you can work from, so most agencies end up building that spreadsheet by hand. ACA Marketplace Book of Business is a new premade report in AgencyView that builds it for you from the export you already upload. It's live now, in the sidebar as ACA Book of Business and under Premade Reports in Analytics. What you get from one export Current clients: every effectuated application under your agency's agents, with carrier, plan, premium, tax credit, what the client pays, renewal and payment status. Moved to another agent: everyone whose current agent of record is someone else, the new agent, and when the change took effect. Terminated and canceled: each one marked client-requested, nonpayment, carrier or Marketplace action, or no reason given, and counted by month. $0 APTC to verify: active and pending clients showing no tax credit today. Payment required: clients who pay part of their premium, with past-due balances, grace periods and first payments still pending marked as a termination risk. Needs review: missing cancellation dates, unknown statuses, pending effectuation, past-due balances, $0 APTC, possible duplicate records and active clients paying $500 a month or more. When did they move, and to whom? This is the question the export can't answer directly. It names the current agent of record on every application, but there is no column for the date an AOR changed. So the report reads the next best thing. When another agent enrolls your client, HealthSherpa's Marketplace sync replaces your policy with theirs, and the effective date moves with it. A current effective date well after your original application is the new agent's policy, and that is when the change took effect. When the policy is still the one you enrolled, the export has no date, and the report says "not in the export" rather than guessing. Moves are counted month by month, next to your terminations and cancellations. Work the at-risk clients first Every column in every list sorts. Sort Payment required by risk and the clients with a past-due balance or a grace period come first, then first payments still pending: that is the call list for the day. Clients showing $0 APTC get a list of their own to verify, because a snapshot can show a credit is zero today but can't prove it was lost. Every client is one click from the CRM Each name opens the client's contact in your CRM, and the arrow beside it opens the client in HealthSherpa. You choose which agents on the export are your agency's own, and clients under anyone else's AOR show up as moved. Take it to Excel Download Excel gives you the whole report as a workbook: an overview sheet and one sheet per list, with sort and filter buttons on every header. The Social Security numbers, dates of birth and addresses in the export are never read into the report or the workbook. How to use it Export your clients from HealthSherpa as a CSV. Upload it through Data Import in AgencyView. The report opens on the newest upload, and you can switch to an earlier one. Have a newer export you don't want to import yet? Use Read a newer export on the report page. It is read in your browser and not saved. Agency admins, sub-agency admins, independent agents and CSR seats can open the report. The full announcement is on the AgencyView newsroom . Screenshots show the report on a fictional sample book.
