AgencyView vs. Kizen’s Agent CRM: The Other Agent CRM
Kizen’s Agent CRM is an AI-native insurance CRM at $100 per user per month with HIPAA, SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications and SunFire, Connecture and FireLight enrollment. Its page does not mention ACA enrollment or commission tracking. AgencyView is $299 for up to 25 agents with HealthSherpa ACA and Medicare enrollment, nightly commission statements, the CFO Center and a HIPAA program you run. There are two products called Agent CRM for insurance agents. We compared the first, agent-crm.com, earlier this month. This is the second: Kizen's Agent CRM , which its page describes as "An AI-native CRM, built for insurance agents, to handle the admin work, so you can spend more time with members." It is a serious product from a company that sells CRM to several industries, and it is the closest in spirit to AgencyView of anything we have compared. Every Kizen claim below is quoted from kizen.com as read on September 25, 2026, with a link. Where its page is silent we say "not on its page", not "it can't". What Kizen's Agent CRM is, in its own words The page positions it for agents and agencies managing Life, ACA, Medicare, Annuities and Ancillary business, at $100 per month per user . It is "HIPAA compliant," "SOC 2 Type II certified" and "ISO 27001 certified." Its enrollment integrations are SunFire, Connecture and FireLight, and it lists RingCentral and Twilio as communication platforms. The AI is the pitch: a Meeting Assistant that records and parses data, a Knowledge Assistant that finds cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, a Marketing Assistant that builds compliant emails and forms, a chat interface for workflows, and automated follow-up sequences with "14+ pre-built templates." Branded client forms are mentioned. Commission tracking is not on its page. Per user, or per agency $100 per user per month is a clean number. For a solo agent it is competitive. For an owner, three agents and a CSR it is $500 a month; for a ten-agent agency it is $1,000. AgencyView's Professional plan is $299 per month for up to 25 agents and producers, and Starter is $159 for one agent and two CSR accounts, each with a 14-day free trial. The price is for the agency, not the headcount. Side by side What you need Kizen Agent CRM (per kizen.com) AgencyView Price $100 per user per month $159 (1 agent + 2 CSR) or $299 (up to 25 agents) per month Lines Life, ACA, Medicare, Annuities, Ancillary ACA, Medicare, life, dental and vision, P&C, on one client record ACA enrollment Not on its page (SunFire, Connecture and FireLight are Medicare and life enrollment platforms) HealthSherpa ACA quoting and enrollment from the client record; on- and off-exchange; status written back Medicare enrollment SunFire and Connecture integrations HealthSherpa Medicare: eligible clients synced automatically; submitted enrollments come back as policies Commissions Not on its page Statements mirrored nightly; Commission History per client; lapse, never-paid and chargeback alerts; splits and overrides; on every plan Agency finance Not on its page CFO Center: what you really earned, which carriers went quiet, receivables, clawback exposure, book valuation, tax set-aside Compliance "HIPAA compliant," SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 (vendor certifications) HIPAA Compliance Center for your agency's program: BAAs sent and chased, training records, audit logs, denied-access logging, reports Intake Branded client forms; "Marketing Assistant" builds forms Survey builder with Medicare and ACA intake; answers become medications, conditions and providers on the client; e-signed SOA and consent on the record Health data Not on its page Medications, conditions and providers as linked records; life underwriting reads them by carrier Phones RingCentral and Twilio listed as integrations RingCentral: screen pop, recordings, transcription, scoring, Call Wall; or Twilio-powered calling and texting through the CRM AI Meeting, Knowledge and Marketing Assistants; chat workflows; follow-up sequences AI call scoring and coaching, AI commission reconciliation, an Ask AI assistant in the CRM Credit where it is due Kizen's compliance posture is stronger on paper than most: HIPAA, SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 are three separate audits, and it says so plainly. A Meeting Assistant that records a client conversation and fills the record from it is the feature every agent wants, and if it works as described it saves real time. SunFire and Connecture are the enrollment platforms many Medicare shops already use, so an agency on either will feel at home. Where the two part ways ACA, and the platform agents use for it Kizen lists ACA as a line and integrates with Medicare and life enrollment platforms; an ACA enrollment path is not on its page. AgencyView quotes marketplace plans through HealthSherpa from the client record, with the subsidy applied, and selecting a plan writes a pending policy and a follow-up task before the enrollment continues on HealthSherpa or by a client link. What happens after the enrollment Commission tracking is not on Kizen's page. In AgencyView the carrier statements are mirrored every night onto the client's policies, chargebacks raise alerts, and the CFO Center turns the ledger into the owner's questions. An enrollment is not income until a carrier pays on it, and that is where the record has to keep going. Certified, and run Kizen's three certifications are about Kizen. Your agency's HIPAA program is the BAAs you hold with your own vendors and downlines, the training your staff completed, and the access log you can show an auditor. AgencyView's Compliance Center is that program, and it is included on every plan. One price for the agency If you are a solo Medicare producer on SunFire whose biggest cost is admin time, Kizen's Agent CRM at $100 a month deserves a look. If you run an agency with agents and CSRs, an ACA book, and a commission ledger nobody has reconciled, the question is what the whole team costs and whether the platform follows the client from the quote to the statement. From Lead to Quote to Enroll , then Paid, at one published price for the whole agency. Try the interactive demo or start free .
